These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place for official Bassfest 2026 merchandise. Please read them before ordering.
This store is operated by Bassfest 2026(“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at contact@shopbassfest2026.com.
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the items in your basket. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or there was a pricing error — and will refund any payment taken.
All merchandise is made to order specifically for Bassfest 2026. Because items are personalised to your selection and produced on demand, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once production has begun. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
The images on this site are digitally created mockups intended to illustrate each design and give a representative impression of the finished item, rather than an exact photograph. Because every top is printed to order, the item you receive may vary slightly from the images — for example in precise colour or shade (which can also differ between screens), print size and placement, and fabric texture or finish. These minor variations are a normal feature of made-to-order printing and are not considered faults. This does not affect your legal rights: if an item arrives materially different from its description, faulty or damaged, we’ll put it right in line with our Shipping & Returns policy and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we do not store your full card details.
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Timescales are estimates and not guaranteed, though we’ll always do our best to meet them.
Our returns policy, including your rights where an item is faulty, is set out in Shipping & Returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All branding, artwork, designs and content on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
